1st time in store purchase & it seemed they were too busy talk in back to get me & my daughter our coffees. Coffees were good but the service was lacking. My daughter went back on national donut day at 5pm & they were closed even though the sign said they were open until 10pm. What up with that?

Who the duck closes 5 hours before their supposed to close, ESPECIALLY ON NATIONAL DOUGHNUT DAY!? Even if they didn't have anymore doughnuts that doesn't give them the excuse to close 5 HOURS EARLY. I hope the people who worked on this day get fired. I'm heartbroken and left without a doughnut on national doughnut day. :(

The lady let go of the tray and spilled hot coffee all over my lap and burned me. They didn’t even feel bad. I called corporate and still never heard back.
