A lot of my problems were around the service and environment. I’m sure they’re under-staffed but the wait to put our order in was too long and getting our food took a while. The lighting in the restaurant was awkward. The food was cold.

Best pasta I’ve ever had — Penne e Capesante, with scallop seared to be crispy brown, hot pepper, herb and cold pressed olive oil, with light tomato sauce. Not a heavy dish, though generous portion. The taste is on the salty, spicy side (truly spicy!) We also ordered the Gnocchi Bolognese, which is also great. Comes with two kinds of complimentary bread.

I give Tuscany in Wheeling five stars!! We had a party of six for a birthday celebration. The menu at Tuscany is truly Northern Italian. The wait staff were very attentive and welcoming. Our food was served hot and correctly. We had the penne pasta with scallops, chicken parmigiana, chicken piccata, filet mignon with roasted potatoes and mushrooms. Each dish was fantastic. We also had a dessert of their warm Tuscan bread pudding with caramel sauce and vanilla ice cream, As well as their white chocolate mousse cake. These were both excellent!

We were there right before l took my wife to labor! It was 4:00pm on Wednesday. We found out that 50% of almost entire menu. Which is l think great deal. Service was amazing! l loved how he served baked garlic and olive oil with fresh sourdough bread. We were sharing the 2 appetizers and server just split those dishes on the table for us and it was very nice touch. Hard to get service like that those days. Lobster termador was excellent! I look forward to visit again.

We went pretty late at night so only ordered appetizers but I was thoroughly impressed! The service was great and very attentive. They have a large menu for both food and drinks, with something for everyone. The price point is on par with the quality of food. We will definitely be back to try more!

Nice soft lighting. It was quiet enough to have a dinner conversation without yelling or saying, "what?" a hundred times. The Lasagnette al Forno was rich yet had dynamic flavors. Our server had a trainee but it was not obtrusive. The white chocolate mousse cake was a splurge worth the calories. I was going to give four stars because of limited encounter but, then I realized that with a glass of wine all for under $45 dollars it was a great dinner. The ONLY small thing that could have been improved on was that my coworker had to ask for a refill of water one time. That was truly not a bother as one server was in training. If not for living in AZ, there is no doubt I would come back

Just ordered the Cacio e Pepe special and I must say it was incredible. Excellent flavor and so original. Just like all the dishes at Tuscany. In person they have the most attentive and amazing staff. You simply can not go wrong here.
