The employees were very friendly and professional. I had never had Hardee's before and we did wait a few minutes for our food but honestly the wait was worth it. Pretty good food for whe price and fresh also. Definitely 5 stars for my first experience here.

Very clean restaurant, Great food, prices were good. Burger was fresh and half wrapped making it look very presentable. Never ate at a Hardee’s before but it may become one of my go-to fast food places. I would definitely recommend giving it a try. Almost forgot to mention, the employees were very polite and professional as well!

Great food. Great service. Especially love the homemade biscuits. Woah there were more Hardee’s around. Nothing beats fame broiled. Been coming here since I was a kid. I have always received great service and hot food. Sad to see so many bad reviews. For as much as I go there I’m amazed I’ve never had the same experience. The people have always been super nice to me even brought my kids out some delicious cookies right out of the oven warm for free. They were all so kind.

Most of the staff are slow and rude and I overheard someone say that they hope that another staff worker gets sick so he can sue them. most of the burger I had gotten there in the past are a sloppy mess when it's empty with no other customers. chicken tenders taste really salty.

Went to Festival of Lights at Oglebay & stopped to grab something on the way back through Wheeling. Burgers were yum & as requested.. Could have done w/o the fries but prob would have been better if ate them fresh instead of later.. Great job & not horribly expensive. Will stop back when next down that way.. Happy Holidays!

Normally things like money and price don't really bother me. That being said I'm highly displeased to have just paid almost ten dollars for a meal to get a melt(which I will say was good), a small cup of hard semi cold curly fries, and what I can only imagine amounts to 6 fluid ounces of cherry coke and three quarters of a cup full of ice. I get that it's a fast food restaurant, but expecting atleast warm food and enough beverage to finish my meal isn't unreasonable is it?

Never was too fonded of this place. For the most part, the food NEVER comes out the way you want it, doesn't look anything like the pictures AND most of the employees are ignorant and rude beyond belief!!!! The way I see it, go at YOUR OWN RISK!

Very bad quality of the food. My wife and I stopped by after seeing the Festival of Lights. My burger was fine, the fries were cold. My wife's burger was cold. We ate in the parking lot where we watched just 1 of 3 guys actually working. I won't recommend or come back.
