We ordered a truck for my daughters 4th birthday. We had about 30 people from the neighborhood attend. They were on time and the team member was super friendly and helpful. Everyone was raving about how good it was. If you are looking for an ice cream truck The Cow is where is it’s at!!!! 5 stars!!!!!

Best frozen custard I've had anywhere, and I love ice cream. Depending on what time you go there may be a line and I know they've had a hard time finding help but the wait is worth it for the best Soft Serve and Italian ice in Carroll county.

I love The Cow, however, their “lids” are inappropriate. You can’t give a paying customer custard 6 inches tall a lid that is 2 cm tall. If it’s a problem with plastic, than switch to paper cups. Rita’s has definitely stepped up their game, I suggest The Cow get it together as well.

The ice cream is very good. We don't mind waiting a little while but when there's a long wait and the ppl working cannot step it up that's a problem. Including us, there were 7 ppl who left the line complaining of the same thing. The one young man couldn't get out of slow speed if a bomb went off under his feet. It's pretty ridiculous.

I got a Sunday and man it was a Sunday on steroids. The custard is a substance that you could become addicted to and I got peanut butter and it was just so so delicious I'm not going to go there as often as I could because my endocrinologist would kill me.

Love the different custard flavors and Ice flavors for a yummy Gelati. Lines can sometimes be long but they work quick . Even made sure the mascot was safe during these trying times.

So many flavors! So many toppings! This is easily my favorite ice cream place in town. They have so many different combinations available, and for very decent prices. The staff are friendly and always seem to serve with a smile. Plus, there is a giant cow statue out front. I don't know what else to say aside from, "you should definitely stop here for ice cream!"
