Dairy Queen

Normally I have excellent service here, ive never had any issues and I enjoy coming here. Whoever the girl was that was taking orders around 9pm today had a serious attitude problem and in my opinion is probably not the person you want taking orders. For example,, I asked for something as simple as a drink carrier for my order and she very rudely said "ask me at the window" like excuse me, it's not that hard. I used to work at Dairy Queen, and I NEVER would've let my customers feel the way I did today it the few minute interaction I had with her. I'm only giving it three stars because of previous interactions I've had and the girl at the window was pretty cheerful.

Went through the drivethrough and ordered a Reeses peanut butter cup blizzard. Checked my receipt after paying and it was rung up as a royal peanut butter brownie blizzard. I asked the kid before I left it was a peanut butter cup blizzard as it was clearly rung up wrong and he told me without hesitation it was a Reeses blizzard. Imagine my surprise as I get home and find out dude lied to my face about it. I now paid extra for a blizzard I didn't want. I wish I could say this is the only bad experience I've had here, but unfortunately it's not. Thanks, Sawyer D if that is your real name...

I like this location for several reasons. Mainly because it is the only one I've found so far in the area that serves the full menu. And the food was way better than I expected. I haven't eaten anything I didn't like, and so far I've tried the burgers, the chicken strips, and best of all... the fries. Everything tasted great and is fairly affordable. The only thing keeping this review from being five stars is that I have had a few problems and they have made several mistakes in the past, but u won't hold it against them too much. Overall, ice become a pretty regular customer here and that likely won't change anytime soon.

Hilarious we spent probably $30+ they messed up the order gave us misty slush instead of freezes..I could have went to a gas station for a basic slush....then have the nerve to say Hurry back we can add ice cream to our water down slush. Honestly ridiculous! Give us 2 new ones. But don't worry im going back and handing them my wrong slush and demanding a new one not my same old water down slush with ice cream added. What a joke. Admit your fault.
