Normally we order from here and the food is pretty good, and the portions are more or less reasonable. However, this time the meal was less than exemplary, as the sizzling skillet had nearly no cheese, they gave us toast instead of pancakes as a side, and the steakhouse deluxe bowl was pitifully small for its price (pictured)

My family and I called in for our pick up Amanda the manager answered that morning 🌅 she was extremely knowledgeable my kids and I are Vegan and she knew exactly what we can have and switched up a couple ingredients so it was fully vegan !she was completely accommodating very friendly our food was finished fast and even better nothing was wrong with the order and the food was great!!!!!

Order for pick up about 4 days ago and my order was wrong. I just wanted to go get the missing item and was told no, they would have the manager call me to refund my order because the person that knows how wasn’t in right now. She took my name and number and I’ve never heard back from them. I just wanted my missing item not a refund and I didn’t get either. Had a problem with them a little over a year ago so we hadn’t eaten there since, similar circumstances but my food was raw and they said oh were sorry and that’s was all. Food quality is bad, and they have absolutely no customer service. I guess asking for my missing avocado this go around was asking for way to much when I already paid for it. Do not do business there because they do not care about customers.
