Mcdonald's

I wanted to get some chicken nuggets for my friend who's dog (named Honey) just died. Asked for one of every sauce because I didn't know what he wanted. Took out the honey mustard because I didn't want the word honey to upset him. Turns out they gave us 4 packets of honey for the chicken nuggets lol so messed up but its not like the staff members knew but omggg

We went through the drive thru. The girl who took our order had a tone of annoyance in her voice. Then we paid as she was taking someone else's order. Clearly they're under staffed. We pulled up to the second window and the employee neglected to say anything, simply handing me our beverages. We were asked to park out of the way so they could work on our order. It took way too long. More than several other customers went through the drive thru no problem. We had a larger order, yes, and McDonald's could have used all those orders to complete ours. We finally got our order from another staff member who was cold and dismissive. When we got home, we found that our simple burgers were incorrect and they did not include the happy meal beverage. My husband and I are displeased and have every intention to avoid this particular location.

I popped into the drive thru to get a hamburger for my dog. They are clearly short staffed but trying as best as they can. Every person had a smile on their face and were super positive. Your efforts were not wasted! Seriously, great job! The woman at the drive thru even gave me a small cup of ice cream for my dog and I didn’t ask for it. So impressed with the service!

Was jus minding my own business when a gentlemen noticed an older lady had some sort of paper cut. He then asked if she was okay and/or if she needed a bandaid. This is what it’s all about, looking after eachother! Truly went out of his way, huge cudos ! Also my food was fresh, fast & everything inside is SUPER clean ! No other like it. Thank you !!!
