Wendy's

This location usually give good service except I went to the drive through and there was a young lady of color there with braces. Very rude! I felt rushed and disrespected. I ordered a 4 for four with a chili added. I got my order and the fries was missing. I asked for them of course and she said with an attitude that when I order what I ordered, they substitute the fries for chili. I paid an up charge to ADD the chili. When I got to the window, I attempted to pay her for the fries again, that I never received, and the young lady said with an attitude, here ya go! I asked her how much did I owe her and she said "i don't even have a register" and fanned her hand at me as to get the hell on! She should NOT work in customer service period! A good position at that particular restaurant would be to clean toilets and wash windows with a muzzle on her mouth so nobody can tell what an idiot she is. I am sorry but people should never be made to feel this way especially while hungry. The food was good as usual but the young lady need to bounce!

I work down the street from this location I have been here multiple times some times are better than others, some not so much. As in the case for the past 2 visits. First was drive thru simple order 2 burgers and a drink. Had to be repeated at least 3 times to the guy on the speaker after about 10-15 min wait finally got the food and order was wrong couldn't go back to fix as that was my only lunch break. Second time was yesterday went in and lady at the register was rude and kept making stink faces as if she hated anything and everything in the world. Asked for ranch cue the face. Asked for no ice in my drink cue the face. She asked me if I wanted a plastic bag for my order (large order) I said sure she threw it at me. I certainly hope they step up their training of customer service people. I've worked in fast food before customer service it the bases of your whole job. Don't like working with the public don't work in fast food. End of story.

Poor terrible customer service. I waited for my food for about 10 minutes okay 12 minutes. When I finally got my food. The fries were cold....not cold....room temperature. When I asked what took so long, the young gentlemen stated that he had to help the new cashier up front. I was irritated because I had to go back to work. I chose this restaurant because it was in route of heading back to work. Needless to say I will not be back at this Wendy's. I'm trying to figure out where management was during this process. It was at least 5 cars behind me. I know for sure they were irritated too.

3-17-19 Normally good but today my son wanted to eat inside. It seemed about 10 degrees warmer inside than the outside at 39 degrees. Fries not warm(which says they were not fresh.) I used the last of the 7 napkins and they never restocked while we were there. I decided not to wipe down the table after I was done because no napkins. Had to eat with my jacket on. It's been better in past

Unfortunately I cant even comment on the food because the person at the counter was so rude I left before ordering. She was giving me the stink eye for some reason. I was extremely polite upon walking up and she kept giving me dirty looks. I asked her if there was a problem, although she obviously said no, she kept snarling and was beyond rude throughout my order. I looked at my kid and said let's just leave. Lots of life lessons were taught that day to my kid about how to treat a good customer.

Drive through service was extremely rude! To top it off the simple order wasn't correct. Wrong pop, gave me fries and a baked potato even though I only asked for the potato. Asked for a receipt she closes the window, when she opened it back up i asked again and she rudely says its in the bag shoves them out the window and closes it.
