Wendy's

We are still skeptical about going out to eat but when we saw there was no one in the dining area we went for it. The store was clean and the staff were exceptionally nice. They commented to us that it was so nice for them to have customers in person. We felt very welcomed. The food was received promptly - not a long wait And it was fresh and hot.

Normally I have a really good experience but today they had some people that didn’t know what the heck they were doing at drive thru. And the first window took my money but didn’t do something to tell the second window that I had paid. And they refused to give me my food that I just paid for and we’re extremely rude about it. Claimed the guy told me at the first window the wrong amount. In that case how is that my fault you’re not competent to tell me the correct amount? I will be going back to speak with a manager but I have things to take care of . Please Stop hiring incompetent and rude children.

I won't go into detail, but the customer service at this location has dropped to the point I don't want to go back. I also submitted a complaint to Wendy's and have not heard anything back and it's been weeks. Edit: 06/21/2022 - Raised from 1 star to 4 The last 2 times I've been here, I've had no complaints. The orders were accurate, and all the employees were very nice.

I left the Wendy's on Michigan Avenue in Wayne due to an unprofessional greeting (from some guy with a poor attitude)...I figured that if they can't at the bare minimum greet customers in a nice way, that my food order was probably not going to be good. Anyways, the gentleman at this Wendy's (Wayne road Westland) was pleasant. In short, drive a little farther...get a better greeting, faster service, and better food.

Was just there to pick up dinner and had a great experience all around… Drive through was fast, food was yummy and the young woman at the window with the pink braids was the sweetest thing… Honestly she’s probably the best food server that I’ve ever dealt with… Five stars for her parents too for raising such a kind and courteous human….⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
