NEVER COMING BACK HERE AGAIN! So absolutely tired of the laziness EVERYTIME on my order! I ordered two bagels with cream cheese and everytime they only put one cream cheese on it and leave the other one untouched. They did it again today but this time forgot to include a knife so I can put the darn cream cheese myself onto my second bagel! I can't do it without a knife! I'm taking my business elsewhere!

This is without a doubt the best Dunkin Donuts in Westford. I come here everyday. I have gotten to know the workers and Holly and Arthur who work the week morning shift are definitely the dream team. They've gotten to know the type of coffee I want iand pretty much have it ready for me right as I walk in the door. The other workers are great as well. The night time and weekend workers are well trained and very efficient. I highly recommend this Dunkin Donuts

Very rude worker there today at 5:30. He actually flung the bag with my donut in it at me. Rolled his eyes the whole time taking my order. Mind you it was only 2 iced coffees and a donut. Still tipped him anyway in hope the next customer he would be nicer. Nope still rude to them as well. Perhaps he needs to find another line of work. Definately nit a people person.

This location is managed poorly. Often have to remind them that my coffee wasn't made but the 5 people who ordered behind me have already received their orders. Happens once, I get it. Things happen. Happens several times, quite frustrating. If the location wasn't so conveniently located directly within my commute to work, I would avoid it.

Needs to have outside trash bins for used service materials. None were found outside or inside. Standard dd food and beverage quality. Fast efficient pleasant service.
