I run a chess club there on Monday nights. The staff are mostly friendly, especially a young man named Jeremy. He's always smiling. The music is just a little bit loud. It would be good if it was a tad lower so one could talk with others at a reasonable tone of voice, and hear each other easier. The food is good, the atmosphere is nice.They run out of Frosties at night when I'm there, and want one to go. Those are my only two issues.
Other than that, I'm grateful they allow us to meet there, and I have a nice time. I'm paraplegic, and I have no issues with ambulating or mobility in the restaurant.🙂

We stopped by on our way to Boston to get some coffee. We had to wait about 15-20 Minutes for 2 cups of coffee, nothing else. The employees weren't busy at all, there was only one other customer in the shop at this time so absolutely no reason for taking so long. Back on the highway we discovered that one coffee was cold, the other one hot (as it's supposed to be). So obviously one of us got an "old one", even if they had to make fresh coffee anyway since we ordered two of them.
Will never go back there neither to another Wendy's store somewhere around the United States.

The best deal and great food thank to the customer service for keeping costumes happy I just got today December 17th at 3:15 p.m. and the store was closed because they don't have no employees also they have so many employees over there very very rule That mean people know can they eat inside the restaurant today

Long and specific!!!
I’ll start by saying that before I ordered I had to use the ladies restroom and it was gross, there was stuff caked on the door handles to both the bathroom door and stall, the toilet paper roll was on its side on top of the trash can. I had to use paper towel to open the bathroom to the lobby so I didn’t get stuff on my now washed hands. Walking into the lobby it seemed from what I had walked on at least half of the floor is extremely sticky to where I can feel it and hear it as a lifted my foot from the floor with each step. I ordered a lemonade, a water, and a 10pc. I requested for the 10pcs to be a fresh drop because the last time I had come through drive through the nuggets were hard and cold. The lady that took my order approach another employee who did not speak English trying to explain whatI had asked by speaking slow with short words and waving her hands around. I witness the lady take old nuggets that had been sitting the hot lamp for who knows how long and drop them into the oil. I spoke up to the girl who took my ordered and reiterated to her again that I wanted the 10pc dropped fresh. So I waited and tried to see what I could but at this time with the crazy amount of staff that were practically shoulder to shoulder, it made it difficult. The girl came back up with the bag, so I said thank you and walked over to the drink station to grab a straw. I opened the bag to check the nuggets and AGAIN.. they were not dropped fresh but old ones were taken and dropped back in the oil. I spoke with the manager and told now this is the third time that I had to ask for them to drop fresh nuggets and yea I could of said screw it and give me my money back but it was the point they were not listening and the same girl made the excuse that it was because she had to explain it to someone that didn’t speak English. Why are they hiring someone that cannot take directions and why knowing that she didn’t understand didn’t she herself make sure that my request was fulfilled??? The only one that looked like she took her job seriously was the manager!! I don’t go there but maybe less then a handful of times a year but I will say this place needs an overhaul and people who are kind and listen to directions being that of the paying customer.

After a MONSTROSITY of a meal at The Fifties Diner, me and my buddies were heading back to New York after an impromptu trip to Connecticut. On I-90 my stomach felt like rocks have been built up inside and it was only getting worse. I ask the DIC (Driver In Command) to pull over at the nearest exit and we did so because the next exit wasn’t for another 30 miles. After parking at this establishment i sprinted in and thankfully the bathroom wasn’t occupied. I slam the door shut to realize there was no lock on it. This worried me as I was afraid someone will barge on in to me dropping anchor. As soon as i sat down I unleashed Hiroshima. My 3 pancakes, 4 sausages, and multiple chicken tenders i ate from The Fifties Diner were all in the bowl. I got up thinking it was over.. but it wasn’t. I quickly sit back down and dropped Nagasaki into the same bowl. The toilets are motion activated so having Hurricane Katrina underneath me also added to the experience. After i was done using a whole roll of toilet paper, i washed my hands and got back into the car like nothing happened. Thank the lord for this Wendy’s, idk where i would be without you guys. 🙏

Food is usually hot and fresh. If you use the drive through make sure you have what you ordered before leaving, when busy a few times I was missing some things and didn’t realize it until I got home.

Placed order online, they didn't have it when I got there or knew about the order. There was about 8 people there, 4 were standing in the corner not doing a thing, the cashier was on her first day, the food was way over cooked, dried up fries, burgers tasted burnt which I didn't even know was possible at Wendy's. Ended up going inside and waiting for 25 minutes. Pretty bad.

I ordered a 5 dollar bag and I waited 15 min for it. Then they forgot my sauce and fries were cold. Like bruh. Burn this place to the ground
