Nagoya

Had a great experience. First time here. My daughter and I checked out Nagoya for a quick sushi dinner. It was delicious. Sushi was fresh. Could see it being made. Service was friendly, not rushed. Got dumplings for an appetizer that were fabulous. Nice light dough outside with flavorful filling. We look forward to returning with the rest of the family.

We have eaten here before and loved it. However this time they were understaffed and we had to wait over an hour to be served. We also noticed others coming in for takeout also had to stand around and wait for a long time. The waitress also never came by to say they're sorry for the delay nor to refill our tea or anything. The carpaccio roll was still very tasty and is my favorite. Hopefully they can fix their staffing issues soon

This is one of our favorite places for sushi in the area. We love to come here and sit at the bar because the owner and the other chefs are very friendly and love to talk to us when we sit there. It makes it a lot of fun for the kids and us as well to be able to ask questions while they prepare our delicious food! The Tony Tiger roll has been our go to, but yesterday we had the Sloppy Lady roll and we are in love with this roll!! It’s a delicious roll with spicy tuna with crunch in soy paper and I can’t remember what else but it was great!! My son got the sushi bullet and it was a deep fried roll that we all loved!!

Horrible. We used to go here all the time years ago and I loved the food. Sushi was always good along with everything else. Our dinner tonight was appalling. We got the chicken teriyaki entre and a stir fry dish with chicken. The chicken teriyaki tasted like grade D chicken with no teriyaki glaze whatsoever, it was basically chicken in water and the vegetables were cold. The stir fry chicken was bland and the side of rice was half-cooked. These were pretty simple dishes and we were not expecting the type of food we received. If they want to stay in business they need to reconsider the quality of food they are serving. We threw everything out, not even saving it for the dog. I will never order/come here again. Save your money and support somewhere else in Westfield.

Really good neighborhood sushi place. Sushi very fresh and creative special rolls. We had the spicy dragon. We ordered the sushi for 2 which was great and a lot of food. Service was ok - friendly and helpful though could be a bit more attentive. Busy for a weeknight. People sitting at the counter seemed to be having a good time talking to the chef.

The food is good. However, I had a horrible experience there. I went to have a nice and peaceful dinner but after a few minutes a man started to yell like a psycho in the tiki because he was watching a game. His yelling was so bad that the waitress nervously kept looking at me, the only customer in the first floor, and upstairs. The staff did not do anything.

Busy place, so seating can get quite tight. Service is ok, took some time to get our orders in. Waited 45-50 min for our main dish after ordering, and while it was good, don't think it was worth the wait. My friend who got the sushi agreed with me. Got the Pork Katsu, and it was decent, but wished there was shredded cabbage on it besides just a small pile of daikon and veggies.
