Pictures say it all!!! The Salad was accidentally given a small instead of a large they refused to refund me or send me the right salad. That is cheesy bread what doesn’t have any cheese and the food before that was burned and gross. never going back!!! Worst costume Service ever!!!! Mind you paid $50 for bad food no thank you.

This was my first time ordering here. I ordered 3 grinders on Friday night. I’m not sure who makes the food but there was BARELY any meat on the grinders! 2 of my grinders were 16 inch steak and cheeses with onions and peppers. The other was a small turkey grinder. It was ALL bread! Come on guys! $31 for bread! Very disappointed and I will not be returning.

The food is always good here, hot and fresh and delivered on time. Thanks to Jessica for the exceptional service last night. A drink item was forgotten on my order and she made it a point to go above and beyond and get it back to me. It’s rare finding customer service like that these days and I was blown away.

Used to be good, quality and service have gotten consistent worse every time I order. Most recently I ordered online and arrived 30 minutes later to get my food only to find that no one checked the online orders and it hadn’t started mine. I was told to give them 15 minutes and I waited another 40 minutes for mediocre chicken wraps.

I had ordered from this restaurant constisitanly for over 3 years now. Multiple times a week- a min of 2 times a month. The food is acceptable... good prices etc. I was happy they delivered over the Russell line. The receptionist (the younger female one) .... she is rude, thinks that she can tell customers to "stop talking" in the middle of placing an order due to her being confused. There are way better ways to talk to customers than saying "okay stop talking" like im a child. A side of fries is $6 by itself. Its not that hard to remove the side of fries and make my sandwich a deluxe... to tell me it's only $1 cheaper means she doesn't know math or what she is talking about. Simple remove this & add this is too much for this one.

I asked the girl on the phone what’s good here and she said a bunch a pizzas and I said go all out on a pizza. It came 1 and a half hours later and this is what I got. I tried to call back but they didn’t answer. They finally answered and we got into a conversation and I said is it because I’m black and she said yes and hung up. Never ordering from here again.🤬✋🏻🥵
