99 Restaurants

I'm sitting here watching multiple people who came in after me sipping on their drinks and placing their orders when I finally received my silverware a moment ago and haven't even been asked what I want to drink yet. Pathetic can I say? Update, over 15 minutes later I stopped a waitress who stated this was not her section but she took out order. Update 2: I talked to the manager on duty and she had a positive response. 45 minutes after arriving we have received our drinks. Update 3: after the fact. We did receive our food exactly one hour and one minute after arriving. The food was amazing. Three stars over all. Left an extra big tip for the waitress.

Have frequented this restaurant since it came to Westfield and have been consistently satisfied. I know in the last two years of the pandemic, things have been difficult for businesses and I can appreciate that. Ordered the other evening and got the chicken pie which was very flavorful and full of veggies and chicken. Came quickly and was still hot enough to burn my tongue. Good job 99, keep up the good work.

99 is ok. Pretty much what you expect from the franchise. Above average food quality, but steep prices. The service could be better. Most times I didn't have a problem with service. There have been some exceptions however, like when one of my waiters said to me in front of my mother that I looked like I had resting B-Face (I'm not writing it out completely in case there are kids reading this). I was nice to her the whole time, and she still got a decent tip, but I am more hesitant to come here after that experience (not that I never do, because I will every once in a long while).

This company does NOT appreciate Veterans after 5pm on Veterans Day!!! They ONLY serve free meals until 5pm when so many other restaurants offer it all day! Some Veterans have to work and because of that can’t come to this location until after 5pm and get this same promotion! Veterans have served our country 24 hours a day 7 days a week during their service time! Wherefore, why can’t 99 Restaurants offer Veterans the same promotion after 5pm?? So sad! Veterans please go to other restaurants such as Applebee’s from now on, whom offer this promotion for a free meal all day! See the below special menu from Applebee’s below! Your appreciated all day long there! And they also give you a $5.00 gift card for the next visit as well! Thank you for your service!!! We love you all for all you’ve done!!!
