Little Caesars

Waited 45 minutes in drive thru for hot and ready pepperoni and crazy bread even though we were second in line. I saw two people go into the store during that period too. I have waited a long time here before but usually when they are busy. I saw them essentially making everything to order so I asked them when I ordered if they still do hot and ready. They said yes but they were so busy they couldn’t keep up. The bread sticks were Tiny and the only had the seasoning on half. Will probably not be going here again.

I so badly wanted to leave a good review because the pizza was actually pretty good once we finally got it 30 minutes later after being the only people in the drive-thru, and they ran out of dough for the hot and readys. The employee wasn't the best, she was doing her best though which I do appreciate. Thin crust and italian cheesy bread, both amazing, service, they could communicate a lot better. If someone has been waiting 30 minutes for 3 pizzas, at least come tell us what's going on since we're at the drive thru window. Okay. That's all.

I loved Little Caesars Pizza when I was young but there was no Little Caesars Pizza store near my house last several years. I was very excited when we moved to Westfield and Little Caesars is next to our home. I saw very bad reviews in this store but gave them benefit of doubt. I ordered at 10 AM and pick the pizza up at noon. I waited until 12;30 but didn't receive the ready email. I called several times but no one answered. So I went to the store. The front door was closed and went to drive through. The employee said they were out of deep dish dough. Why did not send an email or call me that they were out of dough? I waited 45 minutes and drive to store and got nothing. Horrible store and experience.

Horrible experience. Manager was rude and waked away ignoring my question whether they were franchise or corporate. Could hear music through drive-thru, and had a lot of foul language that my kids could hear. Wasn’t acknowledged at drive-thru window for 26 minutes. No face masks or gloves while making pizza. Absolutely horrible service. Will never go to this Little Caesars location again. Apparently it’s ran by some young kids that don’t care. Oh and I was there during their hot n ready time and still had to wait an additional 15 minutes for my pizza even though they were not busy at all. Also, pizza slices were cut waaaay out of proportion like they didn’t even care. Please put your money into a local business that shows respect. Greeks Pizza is a little pricier, but absolutely amazing!

I placed an online order via the mobile app for a Thin Crust Pepperoni Pizza and an order of Crazy Bread and Sauce. Placed the order at 5:15pm on a Thursday. The order confirmation said the order would be ready for pickup at 5:40. My Pizza Portal number was 703. Arrive to the store at 5:45 and the Pizza Portal was not in operation. As was the case a couple of months prior to when I last was there. The employee comes from the back and then tells me my order was not ready. I waited for another 10 minutes. He then appears from the back with a pizza box and Crazy Bread order in hand. Gives it to me. I live just 2 minutes away. I get home and notice the box has an order ticket attached that had another person’s name different from mine. And it had a time stamp of 4:15! The pizza was stale, not hot and fresh, and obviously had been sitting a while. The Crazy Bread was tough, cold, rubbery, soggy and had no garlic butter sauce or Parmesan. I called the store and told the employee. He told me I’d have to bring the product back. I did. Walk in and the lobby had at least 3 other people that were waiting on orders including at least one other customer that was asking for a refund. I told the employee that I would like a refund. He couldn’t seem to figure out how to refund the purchase from the register. He asked to see my receipt on my phone I show him. He takes my phone from my hand and goes onto the back of the store. WITH MY PHONE! The other customers waiting watched in disbelief with their mouths agape. The employee returns a minute or two later with my phone and my refund receipt. I left and as I was leaving the other waiting customers were asking for refunds as well. This will be the last time I patronize this location if not the entire chain.

Horrible service. Ordered food online got an email that it would be ready within 20 minutes. Went to go pick food up about 5 minutes after it was supposed to be ready. Nothing was done not even close to being done. Food was ready about an hour after we showed up to pick it up. None of the employees apologized or were even wearing masks. Very upsetting we came to Indiana for a family visit and spend time and we get horrible service. We will be contacting the regional manager to get this store reported.

Ordered online, waited over 30 minutes past the estimated time on a non busy day to get an email saying it was ready, then once going into the building they were just standing and talking in the back. Took them a while to notice me, no greeting just a whatca want. Told them I'm waiting on an order, wasn't until the manager or supervisor or whatever came up before the ball got rolling. And even then I goting the feeling that they think I was conning pizza and a 2 liter from them.. got home pizza was cold and I live like 3 minutes away.
