I've been a patient here for over 3 years. The NP Angela Collins has been fantastic. They have a patient portal where you can schedule appointments, message your doctor, and see notes from your visits. The front desk staff is always very polite and welcoming and the office is always clean.

I was a self pay patient. I called to find out how much it would be. I was told $75 and if any tests were done then I would be billed for that. No tests were done. Two months later I received a bill saying I was late paying $92. I was never late because I had never received a hill. If you are self paying do not go to this group.
