Dunkin'

E and G deliver excellent customer service, every time I walk in when they are there I’m greeted with a smile and positive attitudes. They are a 10 outta 10 and have the perfect temperament for food service. I can’t say the same at all when I go here when a different crew is on, I feel like I showed up somewhere that I wasn’t invited to.

On Father’s Day 6/19/22 around 4:00pm My family went to the Dunkin’s at 11 Pierce St. West Springfield to get Ice Coffees. They first were told of a shift change and a short wait. After a long wait they pointed out that the drive thru line was getting very long. At this point a women told them they were told they could get service inside. ( they weren’t). And they were told of a LONG wait. ( They weren’t). So they parked the car and tried to go inside. They locked the doors and wouldn’t let them or any other customers in. They refused to give their names or the name of the Manager for that location. They came home empty handed and very upset. Why would you tell people to go inside and then lock the doors? Disgusting!!!!

After months of second chances this is definitely the worst dunkin I've ever been to. Will start making the extra commute to the Rt.20 location from now on. Drive thru always takes an obscene amount of time when there's more than 3 cars, regularly get terribly made breakfast sandwiches, and this isn't even close to the first time I've opened up a bacon/egg/cheese to the wrong thing entirely.

The woman behind the register was over the top in too much of a hurry. She started asking me what I wanted before the previous customer stopped talking, who was telling her the order was incorrect because she wasn't listening. She had no gloves or mask on and stuck her fingers inside the cups for the iced coffee when carrying them. Every other associate had gloves on.
