7-eleven

I made a late-night stop out of one of my favorite 7-Elevens. The cashier was very patient and friendly as always. Even the customers were friendly this evening. This location has both men's and women's restrooms the men's restroom although it smelled clean there were little bit of paper strewn about but otherwise was clean and I was surprised to see a baby changing station inside the men's restroom I like seeing that cuz it shows that they are family-orientated and understand that there are just as many single dads out there as there are single moms. The store itself at 1 in the morning was very neat and organized all of the shelves were well stocked. Best of all my favorite energy drink was on sale. The rock star was on sale 2 for $3. We also saved a lot of money using that 7-Eleven app we highly advise everyone to download it and use it every time you're at the cashier's counter checking out your point save up really fast and you're able to redeem your prize is very quickly.

I normally shop at this 7-11 because i work next door. The cashier today on 3/5/21 was very rude to me. I was in the store around 4:45 PM. I paid and I saw my 7 Rewards discount flash and go away. I told him what happened and he cut me off and said I was good and waived me away. I assumed he didn't understand me and proceeded to explain what happened. He raised his voice and told me to leave. I got upset and told him he can't treat customers that way. He cut me off, raised his voice louder and told me to leave. He showed me his badge and told me to remember his name because he didn't care. I was so shocked and upset at his treatment I didn't catch his name. He is a middle aged man with a beard.

I went to this store around 4 pm today to put some gas, which i paid with my credit card. When i tried giving this male cashier cash money to purchase lottery tickets, he took my money he told me to gas my car first and then come back in to get the lottery. It didn't make sense to me and I asked why and he repeated the same thing. Rudely asking me if I understood. I proceeded to tell him to just give me my lottery tickets now why should i have to go to my car. The whole experience was bizarre. I will never go back to this store.

The night shift guy is EXTREMELY rude to customers. He had the nerve to curse me out because I knocked on the door when it was locked and he rudely complained that he was taking a F******* S*** so he locked the door. big deal, no need to be so vile about it. EVERYONE has to use the bathroom from time to time at work, so communicate. Leave a sign on the door saying you'll reopen in a few minutes, not curse at people for interrupting you bowl movement. I was just trying to make my purchase before 2AM. And I'm not the first person or the last to have complaints about this guy. He does not belong in a customer service position. He belongs in a church! Or in an etiquette boot camp. What a jerk. And in retail, that includes not cursing at your customers... By the way: From 7-Eleven "At 7-Eleven, our doors are always open, and our friendly store teams are ready to serve you.

I’ve been coming to this sunoco/7-11 for over 10 years. i have NEVER had horrible experience here, i stopped for gas (second time this week, i came Monday, they had sticky notes on the pumps, “credit cards out” came by again today Wednesday PM - SAME ISSUE) i go inside to pay. the worker who when i asked her name said “i don’t know” was so busy sleeping couldn’t address any question. The lady in front of me had a sunoco card and they wouldn’t accept it, then said no card i’m asked for more detail, and she just blankly ignored me. I am so disappointed in this store.
