Miami Subs Plus

Waited 15+ minutes in drive thru before they even took my order the guy said if I wanted it I would wait because he wasn't taking orders right then. Waited a total of 35 minutes. Then when I asked the attendant why it took so long the rude manager interrupted to say that the food would be fresh that way, which I actually would of been ok with. The food was cold and far from fresh. Bad experience!

Okay, so this is the 4th time we've ordered from Miami Subs in WPB and I have to say that if my 1st experience was the same as my 4th, I never would've gone back... ever! The welcoming committee was extremely unprofessional; by far some of the worst customer service I've encountered. This was the first time we dealt with this particular person and I pray we never have to deal with her again because she's rude. Anyway... We decided to order a chicken wing platter and a seafood platter. First off, the chicken wings were not cooked all the way, so we had to bring them back and request they cook them "well done" so to speak. How do you serve RAW chicken!!?? And to a chef!! A CHEF!!?? No! You do NOT serve raw chicken to a chef LOL For my seafood platter, I didn't want shrimp, so I had asked for additional clam strips and I was told no. NO? Seriously? I'm removing the most expensive thing on the plate and you tell me I can't have more clam strips!!?? Clam strips are cheaper than shrimp!!! Whatever... so they gave me a second piece of fish instead. The fish is definitely not something to woo over because it was pretty gross; no wonder they were so willing to give that away and not clam strips!! I completely lost my appetite; it was a waste of the measly $25 that was spent. Anyway, I give this place 3 stars, when I would've given it 5 stars had I never taken this 4th trip. The reason being is, this place actually has AMAZING grinders (subs)!!!! They're almost as good as the ones we order back home in NE. Hands down, the best grinders I've had in FL period! So, for me, I will be sticking to the steak classic grinders they sell because the chicken and seafood was an epic fail... Two thumbs up on the grinders, two thumbs down on the rest!!! Sorry guys!

Horrible my fries were cold,sent them back they recooked my fries in old grease yuck. Ordered a gyro the bread was stale, meat was black dried out looked old ,with raw onions.horrible service.Jessica the cashier pretend she refund my $7.53 on my debit card she never did .I will never go back there. They need to clean that place up straight garbage we work hard to get garbage for food.
