Mcdonald's

"Who reviews Mc Donalds ? " Some might ask. " It is trash food anyways" Well.... This has been beyond trash. Please note the thickness of the whatever substance , meat / ham kinda looking the breakfast sandwich had. The hashbrown... How can you mess this delicious still simple element of breakfast? No idea how but they did. Overcooked in the outside with a strong smell of that oil that has not been changed since the last election and hard and undercooked inside. One last thought for the orange juice: Yellow dirty water.

Ice cream machine always broken, hasn't had hot fudge for months, can't answer the phone, always dirty, service is awful and slow, closes the store even though the giant sign clearly says 24/7. Needs to be closed or staff replaced or I'm happy to take my money to Burger King, Wendy's, or any other establishment that actually knows how to conduct itself.

It's McDonald's. Not a fast food foodie here, some my food review is "really?? this is what you want for yourself"? However, the restaurant is clean, the servers & cashier are working as fast as they can to get the order & get you gone & the rest rooms are generally clean & that's difficult to maintain in a fast food location.

The young lady that was the cashier was very nice hospitable. I ordered 2 cheeseburgers add tomato. Obviously there is an up charge, I have no problem with tjat. The pribpro I have is the tomatoes I paid for we're almost non-existent. Barely the size if a half dollar and millimeters thin. I couldn't even taste nor tell there was a tomato. Please if you feel the need to charge extra, make it worth it.

Before they remodeled this was one of my favorite McDonald’s to come to but now it seems that even though it’s nicer inside the service from the employees has worsen drastically it takes forever for orders to be completed, the mangers don’t know how to control their employees for example there is an employee here with red hair who does as she pleases and I never see any of the mangers correct she came from behind the counter wearing slides and was walking around talking to friends and her mother while on the clock at night the service is even worse it takes forever just for someone to take our order you guys need to get your old employees back

I was very displease with a young lady on the front registers on July 18, 2016 at 11:59 p.m. She was on her cell phone the whole time she served me. She did not pay attention to what I asked of her and she never gave me eye contact because her face was glued to her phone. There was attitude in serving me and she never said a word. That only has me questioning on what unstable manager was allowing such a unappropriate behavior. Please hire more stable and professional staff who would appreciate having a job on the floor.

I drive all the way down on Okeechobee to avoid this McDonald's the food is always cold nasty the service is always on a rush so they need to close down this McDonald's or hire new employees because they're not good at all even if I have to drive 7 or 10 minutes away to get better McDonald's I would do it every time until they change this one
