Burger King

This location's lobby was open which I appreciated & my order was ready very quickly, which should have told me something. I ordered a Whopper Jr with chease, add bacon, no onion, light mayo. It was put together perfectly, spot on. Problem was, the patty had to be precooked due to how fast I got my order, the patty was cold, and the fact that the cheese wasn't even slightly melted. I suggest if you want a hot freshly cooked patty that that you request a grill burger and if they don't know what you mean, just ask them to cook the patty fresh. If they can't do it, take your money elsewhere because we all deserve better than what I got today. I definitely do not recommend this Burger King location.

This Burger King is horrible!! I had a bad experience with them a few weeks ago, but decided to give them another chance. Ordered from them again, and just like the last time, food was horrible. Chicken fries were rubbery, so they probably have been sitting out for hours and then microwaved. Couldn’t eat those, and the sandwich I ordered for myself was supposed to come with a special sauce and thick cut bacon. Not only did the sandwich not come with the special sauce, it didn’t have any sauce on it. Just meat, cheese, and NOT thick cut bacon. Had to put some mayonnaise on it myself just to choke it down! Not to mention Burger King charges so much money for those “signature” sandwiches! Absolutely disappointing!! You for sure do not get it your way at BK!!

So this trip when I asked for mayo and ketchup on the bacon burger which is what I usually get they only put mayo and ketchup...no cheese or bacon....editing this because yet again. I get the new BACON melt. And i say " yes can I get the bacon melt with mayo and ketchup please". Pretty simple. I get a burger with no cheese or bacon and it's absolutely covered with sauce. Bread is soggy. And I pulled over in front of the store to eat. So the the couple minutes it took it was already getting soggy. That's how much they put. I'd give them zero stars but u have to put 1 star to post.

Burger King is one of my preferred places to eat, I usually work all during the day time, so the night is where I really enjoy going over and getting some nice food. However, recently Burger King hasn't been meeting my expectations in quality, on top of this, a couple times I have gone to get food after a long day of work, they have told me they only have fried food right now. Why would I go to BURGER king for no burger. It completely made me taking the long way home worthless, and now I'm going to take my business elsewhere next time I need something to eat after work. UPDATE: Came back to this location after years of swearing it off, and not only was my order improperly made, but my service was rude, the burger was cold, AND my drink was not only the wrong one, but it was watered down. This has to be a management issue if the restaurant is consistently failing to meet basic standards of service. Utterly disappointed.
