Bbq West

It’s a shame how far down this place has fallen! BBQ west used to be THE BBQ place in North Louisiana period!! Now it is the last place I would ever eat. They stopped making the Signature baked beans that put them on the map, the service is shameful and unlike the rest of the world they still think we can’t serve ourself at the buffet…… Seriously the saddest thing is the meats, I used to get all you can eat and hurt myself because I couldn’t stop eating! Now I am doing good to finish the substandard stuff they put on the plate. I wish they would wake up because their original recipe is amazing.

The food was good even though the po-boy bread wasn't my favorite. The gravy and French fries were hot and fresh. The three-meat plate had nice serving sizes and the beans were delicious. I usually order from their competitor down the street but I tried BBQ West this time.... And will go here from now on instead.

Called in an order for 6-8 last minute for a Christmas friend gathering. Received very great help over the phone deciding what exactly we needed. Picked it up within 30 minutes with no issues, and that’s not to say the ladies working were not busy! They didn’t miss a beat, but we’re very kind and helpful in the store as well. Also noticed great teamwork amongst the staff, and a very clean dining area. Food was prepared correctly, so delicious, the perfect amount with all the fixin’s and way cheaper than we had expected. Great Experience

One of my select all time favorite bbq joints service here is ok but there is this one woman there to that gets an attitude if you ask for pickles peppers or onions and if she is there you should ask for bbq sauce at the beginning or else she gets mad been that way the past few times I have been and I go every Friday the owner is awesome though really nice guy
