Bacon and egg pato 10/10 perfect, was piping hot and not greasy. Chips and queso 9/10 great consistency and just the right kick spice wise but I needed more chips lol so -1. Fajita pato with white cheese 6/10. Flavor was good but too greasy for me.

Disappointed with the food. Salty & bland. Why they call themselves Mexican food is beyond me. Plus fake fox news on their tv. No one wants to eat & watch a bunch of liars. Taco Palenque was a better option. Real Mexican food, not like el pato. Minus -0 ⭐️

Cashier was not friendly at all. While waiting for my take out, someone walked up to the counter and waited a few minutes but nobody ever came to take his order or even acknowledge him so he walked out. Food was good but customer service definitely needs some improvements.

Friendly staff and good food, downside is that taco sizes are inconsistent, sometimes they're full and other times hardly any filling. I updated my rating to 4 stars instead of 5. Somethings changed, they take a ridiculous time now to get food to customers. Whether drive through or dine in it just seems to be getting worse. Horrible wait time.

I hate writing a negative review, but their consistently poor service needs to be addressed. The drive thru is incredibly slow and when you call it in (which takes 30 mins for them to prepare an order anyway) to save you the frustration of waiting in line the order is incorrect. Unbelievable. After playing El Pato roulette today my order was incomplete and the only solution they offered was to credit me the missing pieces of my order. 😱 Yikes! Really? That’s it? How about delivering the food or crediting my order or I’m terribly sorry, please come back and we’ll make it right for you and your family. With plenty of options to choose from, we grew up on this place and it’s just a shame what’s become of it. Eat here at your own risk. ✌🏼

Great place for good food at a great price. Their patos (tacos) are big and plentiful. When my son comes home to the valley, this is the first place he visits...just for the tacos!

The food is great but the drive thru is slower than molasses. This was our 3rd time through and each time took no less than 30 minutes to get our food. We ordered 2 Pato (taco) salads so it wasn't a huge, complicated order.

Horrible! Terrible customer service.. fattys mess up my order so they can eat it, hope big drawers choke on that enchilada too.. wait 30min in drive thru, for NOTHING..GIMME MY $ BACK an keep that shiiiyt fkthemhoes.Better be glad i didnt let my wife out the truck.
