Food came out hot and NOT Sloppy and this was at 11:45am.. best part was the lady running the dining room was extremely nice and very helpful. Her personality and helpfulness made it a very positive experience

We were out in Wentzville area going to Sam's Club and saw there was a Steak & Shake that was open. They have closed all the Steak & Shakes in St. Louis County. So stopped in for lunch. It was a whole new experience! They now have monitor screens to order from and they had a very nice lady help us learn how to order from it. The food is just as good as it always was and affordable.

My family and I went to the drive thru last week and we had the best experience. We had a large order and the employee was very kind and made sure our order was correct including condiments. All of our food was hot and tasted great. I have to say in the last few years we have stopped going to steak n shakes due to poor service and food quality. But I will be back to this location.

Hit or miss but generally good, especially considering a lot of the menu is more affordable than most places. I’ve received cold or soggy fries a few times. Some good items are gone- mocha milkshakes, patty melts, and hot fudge sundaes 🙁 Several months ago I ordered chicken strips and at the window I asked for ranch dressing dip. The employee said it cost extra. ?? On previous visits it wasn’t. Not a big deal, just the idea of being told a different story than a week before and then them acting like there was always a charge.

Great food and even though I HATE the whole kiosk setup they have now (bc it killed the nostalgia of the environment)... their Service Trainer came out on the floor and interacted with all the guests. THAT is what we always loved about eating there (in addition to the delicious food).

I did dine in, and what an amazing experience! You order & pay yourself, then get your own drink. Once the food is ready, they call your number so you can pick up your food. When I used to get steak n shake with a waiter/ waitress it always took a long time. My food was out less than 5 minutes after ordering. Will definitely be back!

This Steak 'n Shake has completely turned around. The wait time in the drive thru was reasonable and the food was amazing, everything was fresh and delicious. Service was awesome, too! I know a lot of Steak 'n Shakes have closed recently, and am so glad to see this one open and serving quality food. Will definitely be back to this location.

This place has really come a long way since new ownership (I’m assuming). Great strides have been made, the burgers still scream Steak ‘n Shake, but are more high quality while still maintaining the prices we all know and love. Steak n Shake has always been a favorite of mine since and I’m happy to see it up and running and a location to be proud of!
