Subway

I'm honestly really sad about this, because my family went to this exact Subway so many times when I was growing up. Unfortunately, it just seems to not be what it used to be at all. Went in there last night with my wife, and despite being hours from close, the entire dining area was shut down. The soda machine was out of order, they were out of the bread I wanted, they were out of the chocolate chip cookies I wanted... Just had the air of simply not caring what-so-ever. Added bonus, the "six inch" spicy Italian I ordered came out a kind of sad, wimpy little cigar of a sandwich. For scale, I wear a men's large glove, so pretty standard sized hand. I really miss this Subway being the fun and awesome place I remember from growing up. Please, guys, try to get some of that back!

Not timely, not friendly, missing stuff that’s needed to make a sandwich, drink machine is broken. Don’t get what you asked for though stated 10 out of 10 don’t recommend. Here’s a helpful hint maybe have an adult on staff to assure things are done properly, not just a bunch of teenager that just entered the work force with no experience.

I was standing in the store for more than five minutes, making eye contact with the workers they didn’t say a single word. They continued what they were doing and didn’t say a word although I had been in the store for more than 5 minutes. I ended up leaving because they were not acknowledging me. I see why these locations are shutting down. The subway on Mission Street has much better workers and they are much kinder.
