Dunkin'

As of 7/27/2020 The lobby is only open for on-the-go orders ordered through the DD app. Their drive through is open like normal. We used the app and picked up our order from the little doorway/room before the lobby. Everything was contactless, clean and completely accurate regarding our order which had specific requests. Staff was friendly and one even stopped to safely check that we'd gotten our order how we wanted. They had a giant thing of and sanitizer and tons of napkins available right next to their pick-up station. Great place and conveniently located next to a laundromat.

When I walked into the store there were 12 - 15 ppl ppl ahead of me in line and I almost didn't stay but I really wanted a coffee. I was blown away with how quickly they busted out the orders. Staffed adequately and very friendly. A little messy with the paper from straws and receipts on the floor but other than that everything was clean.

Great late night waitstaff. Funny and very helpful. Quick and informative with donut selections. I did notice a lot of the donuts were in a trash bin behind the counter and I asked what was wrong with them, jokingly, and they didn't really have a reason. I'm sure it's big chain restaurant policy to toss unsold items at the end of the day, but bag them and donate them to a church or food shelter instead of wasting them.

This store has the BEST customer service !!! My parents are elderly and they are kind enough to take the time to help set up a rechargeable Dunkin perks account for them so I can always buy them a cup of Dunkin and whatever they want to eat! Personalized service at a local store many states away is wonderful!
