Long John Silver's

What a filthy dump. Does the health department actually allow this place to operate ? Firstly, I had to negotiate a crater sized pot hole that could swallow a small vehicle when entering from the main road. That right away, said just leave. Go somewhere else ! I pulled around to order at the speaker, could hardly hear the employee speaking to me. He said they were cooking to order so expect to wait awhile. I thought it was because they were super busy. No, it was because they can't cook ahead because there's no real need to. Hardly anyone stopping there. The place is filthy dirty. Needs renovation badly. It's actually an eye sore. Got two meals. Both meals had slaw. One slaw was crunchy and fresh. The other looked mushy and old. Threw it in the trash. The food was nasty. Will not go back anytime soon.

I was a good experience. It wasn't my best Long John's experience, but it wasn't bad at all. Their parking lot and drive through need some patch work repaving. The young person working the drive through was clearly not happy about something even though they were trying to hidexwhatever it was they were going through. I blame management for this, even though I can't be sure. My food took an inordinate amount of time, and while that didn't bother me at all, I felt badly for the people behind me in line.

Whoever works the drive thru has a real bad attitude. Besides that the store allegedly stop selling sweet n sour sauce even tho other locations still have them so he was either lying or this store just made a bad decision. Parking lot is a mess and I don’t see this location lasting more than 5 years at best.

Stopped at my local store in Weirton Wv today,,just wanted the meat to two family meal size orders plus 2 family size hush puppies + 9 chicken pieces + 6 fish pieces. Didn’t want any of the sides. There giving away a 4 inch round cake w/every family meal. Spent 38:86 $ and they refused to give me my 2 free cakes. The manager said I could pay more for them at 5$ each. Lousy stingy store,, worst customer service and satisfaction I’ve ever run across. Won’t return.
