Even 1 star is too much, I'm a local and for the better part of a year their drive through has been blocked off like this yet rarely but randomly open...
DeClark industries who owns many of these fast food joints in the area are like this. These corporations need to sever ties with this company.

This Burger King, and the guy who took our order was great. You wouldn't know it by the physical looks of the restaurant, but 5 people agreed the food was a better Burger King than most.

Too early for lunch, but too late for breakfast. They allowed me to order from the lunch menu, and they kindly assured me it will be a little bit of a wait. Burgers and fries came out hot and fresh.

I had to come inside to order because thier drive thru was closed off. I waited for about 35 minutes, which would have been fine had I not been told it would only be 20 minutes. I asked them why the drive thru was closed, they said dine in was all they could handle at the moment. I appreciated the honesty, but I had never heard of that before. They had 5 or 6 people working. One kept saying that they wanted to go on break. And the young lady taking orders, just stopped at random for about 10 minutes. Customers started walking out as soon as they came in.
If that wasn't enough, the food was super dry. The customer service was poor. Needless to say I will not be returning.

The Burger King in Weed California has very polite evening staff. Clean and efficient they seem to work smarter not harder they work together like a well oiled machine. The night manager Jeff Wells was funny and fast his team was working and laughing. Will be stopping here for late dinner more often.

Love this bk! Took two littles in to grab lunch and the manager/cashier was super polite and definitely cute!! Will be definitely returning to this location.

I live here in weed. I've been here about 4 times in the last month and literally every time I get my food I'm disappointed. They can't get an order right. When I pay 25 cents for a tomato and its the actual size of a quarter it makes me really mad. I tried to call and complain about it but nobody will answer the phone there either. Don't go here. YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF. Gonna be calling the corporate office today.

Had to wait a little while. But well worth. The guy that was taking orders. Came back on the speaker and said sorry for taking so long. But whoever made the Jr. Whopper was awesome
I wish all the Burger Kings cooked their hamburgers like you guys do. Hats off to you ! You are Awesome
