Dunkin'

This location like most lately have less employees working so they been taking awhile to take your order as drive thru seems to take priority. Employee was very pleasant and nice. I got my order pretty quick and I am not a big coffee drinker but I am a pumpkin girl. Got the pumpkin spice latte which I highly recommend.

This is the worst Dunkin’s around… never gets your drink right and can’t even give you the correct donuts… I know the world is short staffed but this Dunks just cannot ever make anything right.. I never right reviews. But I just hit my breaking point because this is the only dunks that’s easy to get to on my way to work.

The donuts are a joke there plastic with wax flavor The food is that food or just heated up TV dinner packets. Def do not expect quality here or at any dunkin also it's not the staff it's the tycoon it's the whole brand the only thing they put effort into is the coffee maybe the rest is just Dukey fiiller.

Listen I love Dunkin‘s but whatever family owns this one needs to put some work in. I give this Dunkin’ multiple chances and every time i come, most of the time I’m the only one in the drive through line and still wait 15-20 minutes…. To not even get a properly made coffee and cold food. Hope this Dunkins can eventually stand on its two feet

This dunkins has gone down the drain. I understand the staffing situation but poor customer service and awful food isn't going to help. I waited in line for 25 minutes the other day. My order seemed to expensive so I asked for a reciept and the guy at the window said sorry were out of reciept paper. I got overcharged a few bucks and the guy at the window just said sorry it's been a rough day. He look flustered and didn't know what to do, I had already been there long enough so, I just said okay and drove away. So when I bit into my food my egg was still half frozen and my refresher tasted like water. I was so disappointed because not too long ago this was a good store to go to, the were fast friendly and efficient. Do yourself the favor and drive down the street.

I understand that during some times of the day there are rushes but you should always wanna make your customers happy. I waited in line for 20 minutes and then at the window for another 10 just to get a bagel on my way home from an appointment and they asked me twice well what are you waiting for like really dude so sick of it
