Burger King

Tried the Impossible burger tonight for the first time and I have to say that I was quite impressed. Tastes very close to the actual burger and if it were placed amongst multiple regular burgers I would not have known the difference taste wise. Now texture on the other hand, if you eat the burger while hot/warm then it's close to the same as beef. I would be able to tell the difference texture wise so make sure you eat the burger hot. I let the last bite sit around 3~5 minutes and came back and it was rather stiff. All in all it's a great burger and I'll try it again someday thanks Burger King 🤴 😋

Burger King has always been one of my favorite hamburgers of all. However I've noticed different restaurants have different specials. They no longer send out coupons in the newspaper, However the long time special of two Whopper type sandwiches for $7 which is a very fair deal. If you're in my area, the League City, Burger King No longer honors that, and has done away with that deal. However the Burger King on El Dorado Boulevard, does still offer the two for $7.00. I no longer do Any business with the League City Burger King, always go to the El Dorado location. Much much better.

So I went to try the impossible whooper because somebody put me up to it and it did not disappoint. I got a regular whopper as well to compare the two. The patties looked similar, but the impossible whopper was more flavorful to my surprise. I'll definitely be getting the impossible whopper from now on.

Fries are a little overcooked but are edible. Whopper needs a little more salt. The nuggs are reheated. And the ICEE tastes pretty good. Overall review: I give a B+ for Burger King since McDonald's tastes better than this and I hate them. I may return to this place if it doesn't close before my next visit. P.S. Hold the salt on the fries please?

This Burger King, as a general rule, makes very good food. It is a regular lunch destination for me. The service is friendly and the food comes out hot. With this said, today, I decided to try the new Impossible Whopper. As you can see from my images, it comes out appearing much like it's advertised. You cannot see it in the images, but it did come out hot and ready to eat. My first impression of the new Burger was that that it was OK. The meat does not taste like meat at all. It tastes more like meat texture with a slight peanut finish. I will not order this again. However, I think it would be better with some more flavor added to it...maybe some BBQ sauce. Although I will be back to this Burger King, I will not be having the Impossible Whopper again.
