3 sizes of bowls are available here. Small, medium and large with a choice of rice, fried rice and noodles along with egg for extra charge. You can choose your favourite protein with lot of options. They have marinated chicken, garlic chicken, meat balls, shrimp, crab, beef and other proteins. They have big selection of spices. You can mix your favourite spices to your bowl along with several varieties of vegetables and sauces. Then you should pass on your bowl for fry. Finally your fried protein with your carbs will be served.

Today, me and my family went for dinner, and despite being the only server working tonight, Jean-Laurent gave me and my family the absolute best service. He made sure to let us know that he was the only one working, and that it might take a few. Then he was able to get us seated and with drinks. He even made my son a raspberry tea, which came out amazing. Our food was delivered pretty quickly despite him being the only person working. So glad that we decided to stay for dinner. Thank you and take care of Jean. He is an amazing asset to your business.

First time here, so I got the regular sized bowl. I opted for rice noodles as a base. My ingredients were Beef, Korean pork, Shrimp, Onion, Bell peppers, Cabbage, Shallots, Grated carrots, Bean sprouts, Broccoli, Baby corn, plus an egg. I also went with the 3G sauce. This was a good decision. The order of pot stickers, and a strawberry mango lemonade (I believe), rounded it all out. Everything was tasty, hot, and filling. Recommended.

Almost did 3 star but to be fair this was my first time and the lack in seasoning on the food was on my part. I was not familiar with the way it works as far as picking your proteins and all the sauce choices. The ideal behind the concept though - love. Advice for 1st timers - ask questions! Restaurant was pretty hot and in need of lighting or something as it was a sad environment. Staff could use some smiles as well.

Love this place! We used to have one in Kansas/ Missouri that I loved going to but no longer have one. Was very excited to find one on vacation in Texas. Food was great, what I love about it the most is its exactly what you put in your bowl is cooked so its an experience and you get exactly what you want. Now they have 3 size bowls to choose from.

Greeted at the door with a pleasant smile and willingness to help. I made the way to the line and everything looked so fresh, counters clean, items all full. So many protein options to choose from but I went with the trusty plain chicken so I could hook it up. Service was quick and the flavors are delicious. I love that I get to make my dish exactly what I want from start to finish!
