Couldn't run my card for payment without a pin number. This is one of several businesses that have not been noticing the correct pin# for my card. 😒 It's new equipment that seems to be the case everywhere I have the problem. The new look was great and we were served really well otherwise!

I am a bit shocked, usually the service is good. However, today I ordered to pick up some food 15 minutes before they closed oh, so I wouldn't be taking up their time. I went over 5 minutes early and they were closed early. Update: Never saw the sign that they changed hours. Website said otherwise, so just an error in communication

Customer service was okay but the sliders were inedible. I usually don't go to Subway but this night I thought I'd try the sliders. The slider roll was so hard I couldn't bite through it do I tried a knife and fork and still unable to cut through the roll. I won't be going back

2nd time in a week that we have ordered online from this Subway, and they have messed up our order...sandwich 1...wrong bread, sandwich 2 asked for an extra veggie...practically choked on all the EXTRA they put on...sandwich 3...told them just meat and bread...they put sauce on it, and to a child with autism that upsets them!! PLEASE read what the customer requests...
