Panera Bread

Ordered from this location about five/six times so far. Easy ordering via the Panera app except the last visit where the app was having issues so I had to go inside. Good flow entering/exiting the store. Employees using masks fully which was great. Food always came out good except one spicy Thai chicken salad missing the chicken (drove 40 min home to discover this so I wasn't too pleased) and the French baguette is pretty much always hard all the time (have to microwave it with a wet paper towel over it when I get home)

I was here 2/11/2021 for lunch. This was way before the mask mandate was lifted. The only reason I am not rating one star is because the food was fine. Not a single employee handling food was properly wearing a mask over their nose. Some of them, including a manager, were not wearing one at all! I watched these employees touching their face and our food IN THE MIDDLE OF A PANDEMIC. I went to the website, looking to alert someone at customer support, but could not find any such page. I understand that some people may have both vaccine doses or a medical reason they cannot wear a mask, but this was FEBRUARY (pretty early in vaccine distribution) and they were TOUCHING FOOD. I should have called a health inspector.

Love this brand for their consistency in taste and freshness across any outlet. Have tried their Mediterranean veggie sandwich and tomato soup, loved their brownie. Like the way they serve with metal spoons and clay bowls. Ambiance is always nice and this outlet offers free parking. Expect rush during lunch times. Would like to give the remaining star if they start serving hot sandwich!

Panera is decent, this location is well placed and well staffed, however out of four visits three of them were missing an item I ordered. Either I am really unlucky or this is a regular problem. I was only able to correct the issue once, as the other two times I didn't check my bag until I was already at work. If you do order here, please double check your bags before you leave.
