Heavily loaded with clothing, the store find ways to try to attract customers. The sales are poorly tactical arranged and at times all the store will offer is “point” for the loyalty program; which, at the end, is useless. Today I had a similar situation where the price was questionable as the competition had the same shoe 40% off. The store manager refused to do a price adjustment or even honor an expired gift card that was given to me when i bought a pair of shoes last month. The card was only valid for 28 days and this was never disclosed. The team was unprofessional, confused and their sales tactics are terrible. Shop Nordstrom, better attention and is the competition.

What a great place to shop; rather desolate though! . I had to pick up some furniture and "Sharon" A sales associate from the furniture department was more than helpful and very knowledgeable. And to top it off, she actually helped me bring them down in the huge freight elevator and then load the items into my van, who does that?? What a great experience, and thanks again Sharon!👍🏾

Made an appointment 2 weeks out to have my make up done for a wedding. When I arrived there were two consultants doing make up and one at the register. When I asked if the other two ppl had appointments, they didn't and were just trying products on and didn't even buy anything. I waited almost an hour before I got into the chair and by the time just had enough time to get my eyes done. It was a rushed job and waste of my time. If you're allowed to make appointments, you should honor them! Customer service at its worst!
