Amazing customer service. I had a small issue with my delivery order (dressing for my salad was switched) and the manager Francisco was adamant about fixing my order. You can tell he genuinely cares. I came back to get my replacement and he fixed a new one right away and gave me a drink and pastry on the house for my inconvenience.

This Panera is always busy probably because it is so close to Willowbrook mall. However, despite the chaos, the service is fast and my orders are usually correct.
They have a manager who reads off your order along with all your customizations at lightning speed. It's quite fun to see and entertaining. No other Panera has ever had the server do that before.

The only Panera bread that is consistently out of actual bread. Should change the name to Panera squeeze yogurt because that's the only thing that you consistently have available as a side.

I mainly come here for coffee these days. It's the only thing where the price is right, besides some of the baked goods. On plus side, environment is nice and workers are quick. The new additions to the menu, Mexican corn chowder and spicy chicken sandwich, are the best things they have done since they started the beverage subscription.

So we went here for lunch today. It’s amazing that I am still hungry after I spent $30 for two lunches. The veg soup was actually pretty good. I also had 1/2 caprese sandwich (one of the few vegetarian options) she had some chicken soup and sandwich which she enjoyed. We waited a good 5 min and our order was brought to our table. We ate our lunch and enjoyed our conversation.

Rotten juice I sent an email last week and this is how the machine still look a week later. I ask for them to return my money and still nothing

One of the better run Panera in my opinion and I go to a lot of Panera throughout the state.
The manager is really managing this place well. He also reads the order to you before he serves it. He reads it really fast and he is quite serious about making sure your order is correct.
The coffee here is always hot and I never had to complain about it.

It was a complete disaster. I placed an order for delivery and it never came. I do not recommend ordering delivery from this Panera. I even called the store and they were helpless.
