There were two individuals that I interacted with while I was there. They were both very warm, courteous and friendly. I believe they were managers/leaders. Thank you, you made what normally is a solitary lunch, a really nice part of my day.

Emoloyee had us waiting for 5 minutes at the window, we said hello a few times because we did not get any acknowledgement. After 5 full minutes he said we are closed, at 1:25am (sign says window open til 2am). The car before us seemed to pick up their order at the window. Not sure if they randomly closed or discriminated against us. Not sure how a place like this is still in business.

Clearly don’t know how to turn off the uber tablet. I called 3 times to see if they had the order but they was too busy doing what ever and caught a attitude with me. We assist you guys in making money need to be better.

I ordered ahead using the app. The employees are very friendly despite the very very high volume of customer traffic that flows through. The food was hot and fresh.

They randomly close and lock the dining room at any time and claim covid as the reason when the drive-thru backs up to the highway. I was tempted to file a fire safety complaint with the town because they locked doors that MUST REMAIN UNLOCKED DURING HOURS OF OPERATION. No, COVID, is the excuse and the reason is something else. The reason is lack of staffing. Don't blame covid and use it as an excuse for BAD MANAGERS and BAD MANAGEMENT!
Because they ignore safety orders by the Fire Marshal (doors must remain open), then what makes anyone think they would comply with food safety law?
