Dunkin'

I’m not sure if the woman working here was having a bad day, but I still want to be transparent with my experience so this doesn’t happen to anyone else or just so people know what goes on here. I ordered an iced capp and an egg and cheese wake up wrap. I order this on the weekends at my usual Dunkin and it’s always great. As I was waiting for my wrap, I saw that the lady making it had just touched a piece of raw, uncooked bacon and then used that same gloved hand to close my wake up wrap. I asked her if that was the order for me, she said yes. I explained I cannot eat bacon for allergen reasons. I apologized for the inconvenience. She then began to yell and raise her voice, telling me that this cross contimatinating happens everywhere I go and it doesn’t matter. I did not respond. She then began to talk about me with her coworkers, and so at that point I called out that if it was going to be an issue, I’d just take a refund. She then said that I was not going to her a refund because her coworker was making it again. She said that AGAIN, it doesn’t matter because this cross contaminating happens everywhere I go. I calmly explained to her that I had not been rude at all in my wish to have it remade due to the cross contimatinating of RAW MEAT and my wrap, and that this does not happen at my usual Dunkin as they are consistently changing gloves. I’m pretty sure this is also basic food safety knowledge. Anyways- they made it again. I was worried about eating it based on their reaction and clear lack of concern for consumer safety and allergens. I will never, ever spend another dime here, and I’m Extremely disappointed with the workers I encountered today who 1) berated me and 2) watched their coworker berate me and then proceeded to trash talk me to her colleagues. I know the food service isn’t easy, I worked in it for five years, but this is Disgusting behavior

Had a tough time figuring out a basic espresso order, but they managed to figure it out. This location is attached to an convenience store. The inside is open so you can easily go from side to side. Parking is ok, but you cannot make a left back onto the main road. You have to use the the side road at the light. Nothing special about this location, your typical dunkin donuts.

This place is becoming worse by the day, coffee now tastes watered down, today I ordered a hot chocolate some how it all spilled out of my hand I think the lid was loose, I went inside I told the Indian lady manager or owner I think she is, I said my drink spilled, can I get another hot chocolate, she didn’t say nothing at all and changed me again, but instead of having little bit of courtesy and give me the drink for free, it’s not about the money it’s about character, I’m every day customer there, today is my last day here no more very disrespectful!!
