Wayne Steak House

Had an amazing experience at WS! The quality of the food was superb - tenderness of the ribeye, temperature and flavor! I also wanted to eat the bowl of the onion soup that had such depth of flavor. Most importantly is the service provided by Vlora who worked like a machine and was always smiling and you can taste her love of her establishment in the food. I can easily see this being a ritual for any special occasion, even if just a nice night out with the family.

Wayne Steakhouse needs a serious change. There was no greeting when I entered the establishment. Had to wait for a staff member to even acknowledge I was there. Mind you a staff member walked past me to use the phone. After picking my own table our waiter arrived at our table no greeting, no offer to hear the daily specials. My wife had to ask about the different meals she saw other patrons having and that's when the waiter said "oh yea, that's today's special would you like to hear them?" No, I came to this restaurant to not hear all my options. The prices on the menu do not reflect the service of this establishment. I've literally had better service at Applebee's. Also, a steakhouse that's BYOB? Really? On their website it should be one of the first things I see. This place should be a hard pass for people.

What a disappointment! From start to finish there wasn’t anything positive to the experience. Cesar salad dressing was a mix of vinaigrette and Caesar dressing. Ordered the porterhouse steak medium rare and It was cold on the inside. Broccoli rabe was cold and tasted awful. For these prices they charge, you’re better off going to Ruth Chris or River Palm.
