This taco bell truly needs to be held accountable for what they are doing. They are serving meat way below legal temp for a food establishment. The temp is less than 80* that's straight poison

I have been going to this location for several years. I almost always make customizations to my orders and they are always correct! They have only messed up my order once, and when they did they fixed it immediately, let me have the item they messed up, and gave me free cinnamon twists.It can get busy at times especially at night, but they are usually fairly quick. When the wait was longer than normal they gave me a coupon for next time.

Any time I get spicy potato tacos here, the potatoes are stale and/or crunchy. The Cinnabon delights are so greasy I could squeeze the grease out. Also, my stomach hasn’t been right for a whole day since eating here the night prior. Malaise and nausea with other gastrointestinal symptoms. The staff needs to be trained better on the topic of food safety. Better teach them now before someone becomes seriously ill.

we did drive thru, so I didn't get to experience inside. it was 10 o clock, I ate 1 of my tacos.
around 1230/1am I ate my 2nd taco,
now at 5am I'm nauseous and glued to the toilet and barfing. something ain't right...
the food was made to my specifications, but I guess it made me sick.

Super rude staff. They didn’t give the sauces/forks/napkins and as I was checking the bag one of the workers started mocking me and cussing super loud about me checking the bag as if I don’t have the right to do that. I didn’t realize this was an issue for some people? but yeah looks like they’re hiring just about anyone off the streets now. If you’re the manager and you read this check the cameras on your night staff and get to work firing. This does not represent the company or you well.

Bro. Whoever was working on March 28th 2022 at 1:00pm made the best crunchwrap supreme I have ever sunk my teeth into. Absolutely delectable. Beautiful work.

Made a joke we needed to arrive before 10pm because that’s when service falls off… I wasn’t wrong. We pulled up at 9:59pm to an empty drive thru, within the time it took us to order 2 boxes and get to the window a line was forming. A car pulled out of line and an employee laughed that “people were leaving”. I tried giving this location some slack assuming they are understaffed as well but the staff doesn’t even care that they conduct themselves this way.

If I wanted a job at Taco Bell, I would apply! I however do not work at Taco Bell and feel that it is unnecessary to go into a restaurant and be forced to enter my order on a I’m sure very expensive kiosk!
