Kfc

Used to love kfc but now its the worst. got two 5 piece meals dident get straws missing a drink and missing promo sandwich. gravy was subpar compared to how it was as a kid. the worst part of it food poisoning have been puking non stop a few hours after consuming and my significant other feels ill as well.

Chicken 🐔 is not the problem. The terrible horrendous services is the problem! I was force to wait 10 mins to order at the drive thru. Got to KFC just a 10 minutes before 8 PM and they refused to make more crispy chicken. They were unwilling to fulfill my order of crispy chicken. Seems they only had original left and needed to get rid of that for the night so they told me they could only give me original! Last time I'm going to this KFC. Almost unable to fulfill my order of a colonel crispy sandwich too. Services seems to have degraded and all that is left is the expensive chicken!

I wanted KFC all day!!!! I haven't had it for a while because I was going to Lee's famous recipe. I ordered the eight piece chicken dinner with mashed potatoes gravy and jojo's, I was told that they no longer carry JoJo's but they had seasoned fries so I ordered those instead. The order took less than 5 minutes to get and a way I drove I went to turn on to the freeway grab the French fry for it to be ice cold and soggy. All I could think of is oh my goodness I hope the chicken's not this bad because I wanted it all day long. I get to my son's house start serving the meal the chicken was so hard I couldn't even eat it the mashed potatoes were cold but gravy was nice and hot and the biscuits were hard. I took one bite of my chicken and fed the rest to my dog who wouldn't touch the mashed potatoes or the gravy or the biscuit he couldn't eat the skin because it was so dried out and so hard original recipe my butt!??? I went to the drive-thru I ordered the eight piece meal which cost me almost $30. I'm very disappointed and will no longer go to KFC I will automatically and forever go to Lee's famous recipe sad very sad KFC I don't know what happened to you goodbye colonel.

It was a blistery, freezing cold evening, which i do understand, but the woman working the drive thru, gave me half my order and shut the doors, I still needed my drinks plus I wanted to ask for sauce as she didn't ask me. So i waited, eventually had to honk to get her attention, once I did, sure gave my my drinks but before i could get a word out, sure had already shut the door 🤔. I wanted honey (which i didn't have at home, otherwise I would've just left and used my own), so again i waited, eventually sure saw us still, she sort of rolled her eyes but again i know it was cold, but it's job, so if you know how going to be working the drive thru, wear a jacket to stay somewhat warm.. She did give me honey, grabbed a handful and gave it to me. I thanked her. I mean, it is what it is. The chicken seemed really over cooked...i be asked for crunchy but hard.. Could even chew it it was so hard.. So tossed the skin, and just ate the meat. This is why I prefer Lee's Chicken or Country Markets Chicken any day over KFC. I said what I said. No offense to her... But the chicken skin was really over cooked.
