Arby's

Really wish I could give a one star... we ordered our food (for two people) and waited and waited, and watches NUMEROUS orders after ours get done. I finally went up because I noticed our order was no longer on the screen. They had just cleared our order without making it, and completely lost/forgot about us. I guess if you enjoy being ignored this would be the place for you...

While I understand that working late can be boring at times there really is no excuse for having your buddy over to chat through the drive thru. We actually had to tell the young man in his car to pull forward and they could make their plans for the next day later. Then while we were trying to place our order we had to repeat ourselves multiple times as the server was continuing his conversation with the same car that was now at the window. Have to say the only plus is he at least got the order correct when we received the bag.

I placed a door dash order and couldn’t edit much (extra sauce different cheese Etc.) after I placed my order I called the store and the person on the phone was so kind and accommodating!! %100 will recommend this store to family and friends the food was absolutely delicious and made to order I don’t know any names of the crew of Arby’s Watertown WI 12/14/2021 at about 7:30 pm but y’all are amazing thank you for such great service.. as for door dash I was waiting at the door for them when they pulled up.. They we’re rude and trying to walk away when I was trying to thank them :( I truly wish we had an option to tip the crew who worked so hard to make my order perfect!! Great job guys and thanks for working!!
