Applebee's

We went to Applebee’s at 4:30 tonight for a early dinner. The whole restaurant was a complete mess. Employees were just standing around. Floor was filthy and tables were dirty. I’m uploading pictures. There is no reason that it should look that way. Our server was a high schooler who must of just started. She brought our food, we were eating about 10 minutes she stopped to ask if we were thinking dessert then came back literally five minutes later and asked while we were still eating if we needed to go boxes. Good grief. We haven’t eaten here in awhile but service and food quilting are awful. We will not come back

Came at an off time. I love Applebee's but this visit was not as good as it could've been. The food was cold and drink refills were almost well didn't get any until we got our bill. Trying to get To go boxes wasn't easy. Staff was nice but it was like they tried to ignore you. The restaurant was only open on the bar side and seating on that side was only half full so we should have been well taken care of. The service we got is what I would expected if it was completely full.

From the moment you walk in...it feels like no one is actually happy to be there. Staff rarely smile and don't show much enthusiasm. So that leaves only the food to go there for... And if that's the case... There's many better options. With 3 " grill and bar" spots in the same parking lot... There is very little desire here to earn your business. Is your looking for a fun atmosphere.... Don't go here.

This was definitely okay. I had the sirloin steak, salad and mashed potatoes. It was cooked correctly and tasted good. My wife had the Oriental chicken salad and enjoyed it as well. As an added bonus I tried a local root beer - so all good. The service was fast and friendly and the are definitely taking the right precautions for cleanliness and social distancing.
