Tim Hortons

Went through the drive thru. Waitied 5 minutes for them to even open the window. Waited another 5 minutes for the food. Then the order was wrong and we had to go back. Went back and they gave me a sloppy made ripped bagel looked like it was done on purpose. Picture included Ordered a muffin with butter and got a muffin full of unmelted sloppy butter. Only 2 people working on the black Friday weekend.

Ordered a Farmers Wrap, No egg, both meats. Seems pretty simple, no other tims location has an issue. The older lady started arguing and being rude to her colleague who was trying to explain how she rang in my order. The lady was extremely unprofessional belittling an employee infront of customers. The kicker, the old lady got my order WRONG.... Perhaps focusing on your job and not on being unprofessional and belittling others you MAY have gotten my order correct. You clearly cannot do both.

Very disappointed today.... first they were slow taking my order, made me repeat it, fine I get it, it happens. Then i pull up to the window, the MANAGER was busy talking to a co-worker about how her "boyfriend let's her flirt with other guys and doesn't care!". How is this professional? Then I get back to my office, and THE ORDER IS WRONG!

Absolutely disgusted- I was just brought a tea biscuit toasted with butter from my friend from this Tim’s and the inside of the bag and part of the tea biscuit was covered in chipotle sauce- and there was just a massive clump of butter on the biscuit. Obviously sanitary standards and presentation are NOT a priority here. They clearly do not clean their stations or knifes.

Worst Tim's ever. I work in the mall and I like Tim hortons iced coffee, so of course I get one most mornings. Theres is one employee in particular that always gives me a cup of ice with barley any coffee, It taste like watered down cream and its gross. When I asked for it to be remade today this employee rolled her eyes at me and gave me a lot of attitude. Im paying for a large and your giving me a cup of ice. Not my fault you suck at your job. In general the staff at this location are very rude and seem to make many mistakes. As a customer of Tim hortons for years its unfortunate that I have to explore different coffee options.

90% of the time I come here to get coffee I’m dissatisfied, my order is either wrong (and they seem annoyed to have to fix it) one time they REFUSED to fix my order that THEY messed up, they’ve given a great deal of attitude, or they’re all just miserable and makes for negative vibes. Today I mobile ordered a latte cause how can u mess up a mobile order....... yet they still managed to disappoint by handing me a latte that was slightly more than half full. I paid four dollars for a cup that was barely 3 inches full. Makes me think paying more at Timothy’s down the hall is worth it? Atleast you get what you’re paying for and you get it with a smile..
