Arby's

Service was friendly and efficient. They no longer have a shake machine (Arby's had THE BEST shakes in fast food), and the braggers of "We have the meats" put VERY SKIMPY portions of meat on already pricey sandwiches. I ordered a Gyro with Gyro meat and there were 4 thinly sliced, see-through strips of meat half the diameter of the pita bread in length, and only 1" wide! There was no double meat option, either. If you want meat, you have to request it and pay a significant up-charge, which we did for a roast beef & cheddar for my son. We were also not offered any sauces.

Five stars for the Arby's sandwiches, but zero for the inability to get the milkshake machine working. First, I must establish that Arby's everywhere has always had good milkshakes, and one would assume that every Arby's has them available all of the time. Granted, sometimes a milkshake machine will break down. But I have ordered a chocolate shake at least five times over the past four months, and every time I was told the machine is broken. What is broken is the inability of the manager or franchise owner to do anything about it and with no excuses.
