Order said it would take 16 minutes, I end up arriving about 20 minutes after ordering and they said it would be another 15? I wasn’t able to wait another 15 minutes and they were extremely rude when I asked for my order to be cancelled and asked for a refund. They hadn’t even started my order. Absolutely never placing an order at this location again.

The customer service was above and beyond! The lady helped us very thoroughly showing us the app and reward system, even pulled out her phone to show us how it worked. We then ordered a pizza and went to our car to wait for it and the lady even brought our pizza to our car. Definitely a five star experience. I don't remember the lady's name but she deserves a raise and employee of the month. :) This was on 6/30 at about 4pm.

I give them 5 Stars as they were very helpful when I was there today, they went above and beyond good customer service. I ordered two pizzas and had three little ones with me, they offer to bring it out to the car so I wouldn't have to bring everyone back in again. They were also very prompt at taking my pizza order and having it done in a timely fashion.

Stopped for the rest room. Was very clean!! Decided to get a snack as we had an hour left to drive. The cashier was very friendly and was in and out pretty quick

I've always had kind and professional help from the clerks. It's always very tidy... the bathroom was very clean and sanitary. I definitely rate this Casey's General Store 5 stars! 😉
