I don't know what happened to this place but tonight was absolutely disgusting. Kira used to be the best around but the last couple times have been terrible. Tonight's take out was the final straw. My seaweed salad tasted like toe jam. Never had toe jam before but that is how I would imagine it would taste. The food was tasteless and the chicken, I honestly think it was probably cat. Everything was gross. Will never eat here again.

The seating was nice, lots of spacious room, the waitresses were ok, the prices at first seemed a little expensive, but WOW the portion they serve you is humongous!! I didn't find the food as flavorful as i'd hope for, but hey my fortune cookie read that i would find happiness soon, and i did!!! Thank God for cookies!!

Online order. Was told our food would be ready by 5:45pm. Arrive at 5:45 & told they need 15 more minutes. No problem, we could see they were busy. We waited patiently. At 6pm we are told 10 more minutes. Okay, a little ridiculous but again, they were busy. Come 6:45pm and we finally get our food. 1 hour PAST our original pick-up time. Obviously we are very upset at this point. The girl working the takeout counter was rude and didn't care to listen when I told her I was unhappy with the service, she just turned her back mid conversation and walked away. Absolutely terrible customer care. Needless to day we will not be ordering from there ever again.
