Pizza Pizza

Not only is the pizza terrible on a normal day. But I went there at 11am on Sunday to order a bunch of pizzas for a kids party and they were closed. Staff showed up at 11:15 and told me it would be 35 minutes for the pizza because they have to turn on the ovens. In my opinion. If you open at 11. Show up 30 min before so you have product for customers. I ended up going across the street to Gino's. Better pizza. Friendly staff. And better service.

I was hungry so I stopped in to get a quick bite, noticed the pizza in the window didn't look fresh at all, so I ordered a panzerotti that was already cooked sitting the window It was reheated as usual. When I got to my car and took a bite, the inside was completely raw..the doe was mush. I walk back in and mention it's raw, she says that's how they always do it, but I'll make you a fresh one, I'm thinking ok, I'm hungry I'll just wait for a new one. I wait abit, She says it's ready but I'll cook it a little more. I say ok. She brings it to me and we agree to cut it open to make sure. She cuts it in half near the top, and it's still raw. She then deep frys both pieces for much longer. I'm sorry but if this is how they cook pizza here, it's the worst pizza pizza location I have ever been to! There was a mom and her kid that picked up pizza while I waited, I should have told them to check their food, gross!

Extremely bad customer service! The girl that works there passed me the pizza with still an open box( after 10 min of arguing that my order was not placed)! I have told her that she suppose to close the box and then she reply ' you can close it yourself '. I have told her that I will complain and she replied ' go ahead , the owner is my dad" .. its clear, that she does not like her job !
