Dairy Queen

This Dairy Queen definitely has ample parking. I love the idea of flame-broiled burgers over the standard Norm. They have a large dining area within the restaurant. I've eaten there before many times. I like the idea that they have the ice cream treats. Staff there are courteous and helpful. They're following covid-19 guidelines and the restaurant is clean

GET YOUR CAKES HERE!! After driving to several Dairy Queens looking for a cake we were very pleasantly surprised to find some exceptional cakes here. I can’t even compare these little works of art to the other cakes I had found. The cake artists take pride in their work which is apparent. They had beautiful cakes one with a German Shepherd and one with a horse, and LOTS of others to choose from. My daughter chose one with candles all around it and beautiful large shiny sprinkles. To top it all off, Ana (cake artist extraordinaire) went over and above and drew something freehand for me to make it that much more special. The service here was too notch from the minute I walked in the door. A young man helped me to take out cakes to look and then and Ana was happy to accommodate my special request, and did a fantastic job. We will be back here for all of our cakes. Thank you to the amazing team at the Dairy Queen Waterdown! TIP: Cakes are half price here on Mondays!😃

Horrible experience at this location. Stopped in for my lunch which was only 20 minutes. Only customer in the store and had to wait 7 minutes before I was served as they clearly prioritized the drivethru . I was told 5 times well be right with you. Ordered a mushroom cheese burger combo. I thought I saw from the front counter the staff member microwaving my hamburger but gave him the benefit of the doubt and left with my food after 15 minutes. Guess I was right... the hamburger was steaming from the microwave when I opened it and a soggy mess. Avoid this restaurant. It's poorly managed .

One of my favourite places to go when I feel so desperate and miserable and melancholy. I’ll have a flame thrower or Swiss mushroom and onion rings and chicken nuggets. No ice cream tho, cuz the size choice are ridiculous, I wish they have mini size blizzard like one bite or two bites size so I can monitor my calories intake.

I have to give the staff a round of applause it was slammed tonight the drivethru took awhile but they never lost their cool with rude skip drivers and impatient customers they were very polite and my food was still piping hot after a 10 minute drive home I havent had a meal this good from a fast food place in along time years even and they even had a treat for my dog!
