Tried to get a beverage through drive through and instead of being given proper customer service, I was completely waved off just as I got to the window. Like what kinda of customer service is that. This happened around 5:30pm today.

My experience at this Dunkin Donuts was good. The coffee was fresh and piping hot to the taste. Would visit this store again.

No matter where I am in Waterbury I will go out of my way to go to this Dunkin. I have never gotten a bad coffee from here.Alot of Dunkin's, no matter the time of day always have burnt tasting coffee but never once here. Plus the staff is always friendly and fast!

Almost a 45 minute wait in total. 30 mins at Drive thru speaker and another 15+ minutes at window with being overcharged and even after that issue was fixed an item was missing. Seen at least 4 workers and many cars behimd me.

Love the staff! They are always right on with our orders. The evening staff is always so friendly. Only Dunkin I’ve been to I never had any issues with. Great job management!
