Subway

First I would like to say the young lady that was helping the customers was doing a good job. There were 6 people in line,when a second young lady came out from the back. She went straight to the cash register. Then she went on break. Two of the customers in front of me walked out and it still took at least 20 plus minutes. When I finally had my sandwich and left,there was six people waiting in line. Going to my car I saw the other employee out side talking to someone and petting his puppy. I think better customer service could bring me back.

The two employees that were working over lunch seemed very very rushed. The sandwiches were made sloppy and the one girl did not wash her hands after handling the til/cash and went straight to making sandwiches again. Yuk! Just because you have a few people in line doesn’t make it ok to rush making sandwiches while leaving them sloppy looking.

Ordered 5 sandwiches and Svetna was kinda rude, or had a bad attitude or something. She just wasn't friendly. She made the sandwiches sloppily and shoved all 5 sandwiches in one small paper bag. If she was a sandwich artist she would be Pablo Picasso. (Abstract, thrown together, but sure, call it a sandwich.)
